[Provider] Make sure your software vendor gets MaineCare info

Soon, we will be contacting software vendors that serve MaineCare
providers and we need your help.  Could you please check our list of
software vendors

to confirm that your vendor(s) are included?  

 

If yours is not on the list or if you have questions, please send an
e-mail to MaineCare2010.dhhs at maine.gov  by Friday, September 25, 2009
with the following:

*	Company Name 
*	Contact Person 
*	E-Mail address 
*	Mailing Address
*	Telephone 
*	Website - optional

MaineCare up to date so your Remittance Statements and checks arrive on
time.  Call Provider Enrollment at 1-800-321-5557 Option #6.
