[Provider] Pharmacy Benefits Website

The Department has updated its website pages related to Pharmacy Benefits.
It is now much easier to use and responds to many of the comments and
suggestions made by providers and others.  You will find information about
pharmacy benefits and the preferred drug lists as well as prior
authorization forms on the sites noted below.
