The following rulemaking(s) is now in proposed status.

 

RULE TITLE OR SUBJECT: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section
19, Principles of 

Reimbursement for Home and Community Benefits for Elderly and Adults
with Disabilities

 

CONCISE SUMMARY: The Department proposes to make changes to Chapter III,
Section 19, Principles of Reimbursement for Home and Community Benefits
for the Elderly and Adults with Disabilities by increasing the rate of
reimbursement for comprehensive case management services.  The
Department proposes to increase the rate from $126.25 to $139.00.  This
change was approved by the legislature and included in the budget for
SFY '08.
