provided by LCPCs and LMFTs can be billed to MaineCare without the Medicare
Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for procedure codes H0004, H2000 and H2010.
These claims <u>must</u> be submitted to MaineCare on paper claim

revisions of Section 65, providers were able to bill specific or local codes
for these servicing provider services. New Section 65 policy uses
general, HIPAA compliant codes that cover multiple licensure types. This
requires MaineCare to review these types of claims manually, in order for them
to process correctly.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
