[Solar-L] All requests through MaineCat

Just one more reminder:

Please place all requests through MaineCat, not through SOLAR.  The DCB 
client does not see, and therefore cannot be used to deal with requests 
placed through the SOLAR web catalog.  In the very near future someone will 
dig through the innards of SOLAR and turn off requesting there.  In the 
meantime, however, go to http://infonet.maine.edu and make the request at 
that level.  The system will decide where to send the request.  Currently, it 
has relatively equal likelihood of going almost anywhere.  As stats 
accumulate, however, we will be using the new request weighting tools to 
equalize the lending and borrowing levels to some degree.
