[Solar-L] FAQ: What to do if you cannot fill a request

If your receive a request via an INN Reach Paging Slip and cannot fill it, 
what should you do in the new DCB / Agency Model scheme of things?

Look it up by title in Search/Holds.  Highlight your copy in the Summary tab. 
Click the Requests tab, then click Cancel Request.  The INN-Reach software 
will take over and attempt to request the item from some other library 
somewhere within the MaineCat universe with a copy showing an Available.  

Do not use the Transfer Hold button as this will not work any more.
