In preparation for Karl's retirement, and because we will both be
attending the IUG conference in CA for a week, Deb & I ask that all new
support requests be kept to a minimum for the month of May. Of course,
any major system issues will be addressed in a timely manner, but we
really need some time to get caught up on some old, outstanding issues.
Basically we ask that you hold off on anything that does not effect your
ability to use Minerva, SOLAR, or MaineCat on a regular, day-to-day
basis.
Another reason is that we plan to do a lot of work on improving the
Minerva web site. WebJunction launches June 1, and we are looking at
the possibility of moving some of the "how to" or "instructions" content
about Minerva moved over there.
Also, as a reminder, please send any and all support requests to
info.support at msln.net instead of directly to Deb or me. It makes it
much easier for us to keep track of who is doing what, and that is where
we start when answering requests. Thank you for your patience during
this transitional period.
