Apologies to anyone getting a transaction file is full you can't add/edit a record message. I'm the culprit. I spent this afternoon fixing bib records that had the 856 field incorrectly coded as 856|3 instead of 856|z. There were a passel of them. In hindsight, I should have done this after supper, but the deed has been done. Most of these were resource records Karl loaded into the system. Making the change means that the actual link for the URL shows in the OPAC instead of a cryptic message. Having all of them changed also means you won't have to remember to change them individually in the future.

There are a couple other things to remember as catalogers when you use a resource record.
1-remember to change REC in the bib location to your location. The easiest way is to highlight REC and type in your location.
2-Remember to change the 0 in initials to - or the bib and your item will never show in MaineCat.

Sorry for any inconvenience I caused.
Regards,
John Clark
