When III staff reinstalled the system software on the new server, he did
not check the box to enable the DCB (Direct Consortial Borrowing)
version of the software, which is what it's supposed to run.  Thus, the
changes.  He will look into it and call me back as soon as he figures
out what it will take to fix this.  So please hold off on connecting to
the system or reinstalling software right now.
