[SOLAR-L] Heads-up we have a requesting glitch

FYI, I have reported this to III, but I doubt it will be resolved before
tomorrow. I think this relates to the SSL certificate which is now
required for the two servers to talk to each other. A week or so ago, I
resubmitted a request to have a certificate generated, since I had made
an earlier request with incorrect information. It looks like III
regenerated the certificate a second time with the same, bad
information. Once I can get them to regenerate that once more, and talk
to UNET staff to get the certificate installed, we should be good to go.
I am optimistic that it will be fixed tomorrow. Sorry for the continued
inconvenience.

I would suggest that you continue to refrain from using the system to
process any incoming or outgoing INN-Reach request items, due to the
other problem I just posted about with the bibtemp file on MaineCat. I
am not sure if that is related to this migration, but it should be
resolved before we consider everything back to normal. Again, thanks
for your patience.

Lee in Newport reported and I have verified that when making a request
in Mainecat, the following error message comes up:
Sorry, request cannot be processed. Cannot access your patron record.
I have alerted Jon Forest who is taking care of the problem.

John Clark
