[SOLAR-L] All systems go

III says we are all set to make MaineCat requests again, and a couple
people have verified it's working.  You can go ahead & begin to process
all circulation transactions again.  I have not looked at the Z39.50
issue yet, but I just heard from someone who is having the same problem
on Minerva, so it may not be just SOLAR.  I'll let you know what I
figure out.
