[SOLAR-L] SSL issue

This problem is fixed and SOLAR libraries can once again request through MaineCat.  Sorry for the interrupution.

Hi all,
I'm sorry to say that if you try to make a MaineCat request right now,
it will fail.  I needed to update the SSL certificate for the server,
and due to an earlier mix-up on III's end, there was a mismatch with the
new certificate.  I just got off the phone with III and they are looking
at it right now, so I hope to have this fixed soon.  Sorry again for the
inconvenience.
