[Solar-L] Loading new records

I know there have been many SOLAR libraries who have been waiting quite
some time to load new records.  We are in the process of working out a
method of loading files into SOLAR, and have been loading test batches
of real records.  As soon as we can run through it a few times and work
out any potential bugs, we will make a general announcement and begin
accepting updates.
