[Solar-L] New email & new function

In case you haven't heard already (I was unable to post to SOLAR-L for a
little while, but it's fixed now), there is a new email address you can
use for SOLAR support requests:  info.support at mestate.lib.me.us.  Deb &
I both look at this, and it's the easiest way to reach either of us for
whatever routine or unusual support issues you might have.

Also, everyone now has access to Reports mode (a button toward the main
left menu).  This creates reports of items which have been in transit or
requested too long, along with a few other things.  Take a look, you
might find it useful.
