Another interesting aspect to misdirected ILLs is the case of a library
that isn't receiving items in a timely manner and suspects it may be
because of delays due to other libraries assuming they are on the
delivery service. They are not.

This is another good reason to always use the labels provided at
http://www.maine.gov/msl/libs/interlib/delivery.htm -- if the library
isn't listed, you'll need to mail the book the old-fashioned way. Don't
assume that just because you got a notice for an online request that the
library is on the van delivery service -- there are some small libraries
in SOLAR that are not.
