[SOLAR-L] Server back up & running normally

Thank you all for you patience.  The SOLAR server is now running
normally again, so you can once again make requests, and use the system
fully.  The fix involved "fairly intrusive hardware maintenance (and
some follow-up reconfiguration and debugging)."  This should keep us
running for a while, and as I've mentioned, I'm going ahead with plans
to migrate the system to new server hardware sometime before the end of
August.  I'll keep you all posted as things develop.
