[Solar-L] Possible brief system interruptions

It is possible that you may experience brief system interruptions on
MaineCat, Minerva and/or SOLAR over the next several days as issues related
to the change in onset of Daylight Savings Time are addressed.  These will
be kept as brief as possible and confined as much as possible to
non-primte-time hours.
