[Solar-L] Off to IUG

Dear members of the SOLAR system,

I'm leaving tomorrow for the Innovative User's Group meeting in San Jose
and will be returning to work on Monday, May 21. As you know, Jon is
already in California attending a couple of days of training. 

We'll be checking email but only once or twice a day, and we'll both
have our cell phones with us.

However, if any system emergencies arise while we are away, please
contact Karl Beiser at beiser at maine.edu or
207-973-3293.

As Jon said in his earlier message, please keep in mind that we have
asked that new support requests for the month of May be limited to only
those problems with interrupt regular, daily use of the systems.  We
hope to use the remainder of this month to catch up on outstanding
issues, and also as a time to plan for future growth of both Minerva &
SOLAR.
