[SOLAR-L] Update re Scarborough PL

Scarborough PL is joining Minerva and will launch using the new system
next week.  Right now I am updating their records in SOLAR so they will
not longer be requestable.  They will continue to use SOLAR until any
outstanding active transactions are completed.  If you have any
questions about this process, let me know.

In the weeks ahead, Unity College will also be moving from SOLAR to
Minerva.  When that work is complete, I'll let you know.
