[SOLAR-L] Reminder about new web-based support system

Just a reminder that Maine InfoNet has a new web-based system to track
support requests and problem reports from your library. The new system
will streamline the process of managing support requests, and it will
enable you to check the status of your request online.

The Maine InfoNet Support System will also serve to centralize training
and documentation materials, and other relevant resources for libraries.


The Support Web is located at: http://espresso.ums.maine.edu:8088/

To use this system, you will need to register for an account at
http://espresso.ums.maine.edu:8088/index.php?act=register
<http://espresso.ums.maine.edu:8088/index.php?act=register>  

Once registered, you can log in to create a new ticket, add notes to
existing tickets, and read communication from Maine InfoNet staff using
a web-based interface. 

***** Effective immediately, please use the Support System to open a
ticket and report problems or make inquiries. Once you have opened a
ticket, communication via telephone or email is welcome. *****

The move to this new Support System enables the Maine InfoNet staff to
use resources more efficiently and serve you more effectively. If you
have any questions or concerns about this system, please let me know.
