[stormwaterengineering] Alternative Standards for Buffers on residential lots

Hello all,
We have found that cutting small buffers to install a bioretention
structure behind a house was not a great idea, so this alternative
buffer standard can be used for residential lots where the flow path
through the developed area does not exceed 150 feet.
