Good afternoon,

Funding Year 2013 has begun, and with it, the opportunity to complete the first step of the E-rate process, the Form 470.

Approximately 90 libraries throughout the state are part of the E-rate process. If you're one of these libraries, start the process early and get it out of the way before the holidays!

If you're not one of these libraries that has received reimbursement for your telephone service, why not? Start this year by finding out how much of a difference it could make for your library!

There are several resources available to applicants:

Training video on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYtDM-AQIIY

Downloadable instructions: http://www.maine.gov/msl/erate/training/form470.pdf

MSL's training site: http://www.maine.gov/msl/erate/training/index.htm

As always, call or email if you have any questions.
