[Libworld] Libworld Digest, Vol 35, Issue 1

I thought I remembered seeing somewhere that these emails can be
customized. Here is what I found in the 'Help' section:

If you have customized text for your 'Overdue and Owed letters', that text
will be used in your emails.

You should test this by sending an email to yourself first to make sure the
body of the text is acceptable.


You can find 'Overdue and Owed Letters' in Reports > Patron Reports. on the
right column, there is
'Letter by patron name(one per page).' Customize

You might try this to see if it works.
