[minervacirc] patron names with personal suffixes

Martha, there are pros and cons for both. The first one (Doe Jr, John)  
prints out correctly on a bill...but you can't search by name by  
entering doe john (see smith jr george for a real example). The second  
one can be searched by name, but will print out John A Jr Doe if you  
send a bill.
