Hi Ann,

I would make a note of the date the bib level hold was made, cancel the
hold and make an item level hold on your item. Then highlight the patron in
the list of holds, click "change priority" and move the patron to #1 as the
hold was placed before the other patrons in line. You can add the original
bib level hold date in the  "hold note" explaining why the patron was moved
up.

Alisia, please let me know if this is not the correct procedure. Also, the
"limit to" function doesn't work, right? I see "limit to" used quite
frequently but I think you told me that it doesn't do anything or did I
misunderstand?
