[minervacirc] Minerva Drop Hold message

Good Afternoon,

Please note that the Minerva Drop Hold message that is used in ILL
cancellation notices has been updated to reflect its current use in the
system. Currently, it is being used when cancelling expired ILL holds via
the Clear Holdshelf function, as well as, for "drop holds" -- holds that
are cancelled by staff for various reasons, such as missing or in repair.
Since the old phrasing did not fully indicate this and was misleading to
patrons, it has been modified to the following:

                     MINERVA REQUEST / HOLD CANCELLED
******************************************************************
YOUR REQUEST FOR THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL COULD NOT BE FOUND, OR THE
HOLD WAS FULFILLED, BUT NOT PICKED UP IN TIME. CONTACT YOUR LIBRARY
TO PURSUE OTHER AVENUES TO OBTAIN OR RE-REQUEST THE ITEM.

                     MINERVA REQUEST / HOLD CANCELLED
******************************************************************
YOUR REQUEST FOR OR HOLD ON THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL COULD NOT BE
FILLED WITHIN MINERVA AND HAS BEEN CANCELLED. CONTACT YOUR LIBRARY TO
PURSUE OTHER APPROACHES TO OBTAINING THE MATERIAL YOU SEEK.
