[minervacirc] Sierra upgrade sucessful

The MILS, Minerva, and URSUS library system software was upgraded
successfully early this morning.

The only thing you should notice is a slightly longer load time when you
open up the Sierra Desktop Application for the first time, it will take
slightly longer and give a message about getting updates from the server.

If you work on computers that have limited permissions, you will need to
have someone sign in as an administrator in order for the updates to load
to your computer. (This should be familiar to you by now if you're one of
these people!)

In some cases the upgrade may break your local install of Sierra.  In this
case, you'll need to reinstall, following the directions for your
consortium at this page:
http://www.maineinfonet.org/supportportal/software/sierra-software/

If you have any issues with running after the upgrade, if you notice
anything odd after the upgrade, or if you notice that a problem you've been
having is fixed, please send in a ticket at support.maineinfonet.org (email
